1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Dream Team's platform, services, or AI agents (including Alex, Ryan, and Gina), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Service Description

AI Dream Team provides AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) software specifically designed for real estate investors, including:

  • AI chatbot and voice agents for lead qualification
  • Automated appointment booking and pipeline management
  • Purchase management and offer negotiation assistance
  • Transaction coordination and workflow automation
  • Integration with GoHighLevel and other third-party platforms
Service Availability Disclaimer: While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • Protecting your login credentials and account security
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing accurate information to our AI agents
  • All consequences arising from your use or misuse of our services
  • Compliance with real estate regulations in all 50 states where you operate

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use our services for illegal activities or fraud
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our AI systems
  • Share account access with unauthorized parties
  • Use our services to spam or harass individuals
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the security or operation of our platform
Misuse Liability Disclaimer: AI DREAM TEAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY MISUSE OF THIS SERVICE. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including all state-specific real estate licensing and practice requirements.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

Billing and Payments

  • Starter Plan: $597 per month, billed monthly
  • Business Plan: $797 per month, billed monthly
  • CEO Plan: $997 per month, billed monthly

Payment Obligations

You agree that:

  • All fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • You will provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
  • You are responsible for all taxes related to your use of our services
No Refund Policy: All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial months, unused services, or dissatisfaction with results.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or abusive behavior
  • Security concerns or suspected fraud
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

6. AI Services and Performance Disclaimers

Critical Disclaimer: Our AI agents (Alex, Ryan, and Gina) are software tools designed to assist with real estate activities. We make no guarantees about their performance, accuracy, or results.

No Performance Guarantees

We explicitly disclaim any warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • Lead conversion rates or deal closure success
  • Revenue generation or return on investment
  • Accuracy of AI agent responses or decisions
  • Compliance with all local real estate regulations
  • Prevention of missed opportunities or lost deals

User Responsibility for AI Supervision

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You remain solely responsible for all business decisions and transactions
  • AI agents provide assistance only and cannot replace human oversight
  • You must review and approve all contracts, offers, and negotiations
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local real estate laws

7. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability Limitation: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI DREAM TEAM'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Complete Misuse Disclaimer

CRITICAL: AI DREAM TEAM HOLDS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY MISUSE OF THIS SERVICE BY USERS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU USE OUR AI AGENTS AND PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM SUCH USE.

Exclusion of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI DREAM TEAM BE LIABLE FOR:

  • LOST PROFITS, LOST DEALS, OR MISSED BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • DAMAGES RESULTING FROM AI AGENT ERRORS OR MISUNDERSTANDINGS
  • LOSSES FROM THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS OR PLATFORM FAILURES
  • DAMAGES FROM DATA LOSS, SECURITY BREACHES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
  • ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM
  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM USER MISUSE, ABUSE, OR IMPROPER USE OF OUR SERVICES
  • LEGAL OR REGULATORY VIOLATIONS CAUSED BY USER ACTIONS

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

Services Provided "AS IS": OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Disclaimer of Warranties

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

AI Dream Team is a software platform and:

  • Does not provide legal or real estate advice
  • Is not a licensed real estate broker or agent
  • Does not guarantee compliance with local real estate regulations
  • Users must ensure their own compliance with applicable laws

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Dream Team, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services or violation of these Terms
  • Your real estate transactions or business activities
  • Any content you provide or actions taken through our platform
  • Claims that your use of our services violates applicable laws
  • Any disputes with third parties related to your business activities

10. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AI Dream Team and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

  • AI agent software and algorithms
  • User interface design and functionality
  • Training data and machine learning models
  • Branding, logos, and marketing materials

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and process your content to provide our services, including AI training and improvement.

11. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI Training Data

You acknowledge that your interactions with our AI agents may be used to improve our services, including training machine learning models and developing new features.

12. Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including GoHighLevel. You acknowledge that:

  • We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance
  • Integration failures may affect our service functionality
  • You must comply with third-party terms of service
  • We may modify or discontinue integrations at any time

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration Agreement

You agree that:

  • All disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration

  • You waive your right to a jury trial

Exceptions

This arbitration clause does not apply to:

14. Modifications to Terms

15. Governing Law and Multi-State Compliance

Notwithstanding any state consumer protection laws, you expressly waive any rights to:

  • Refunds or cooling-off periods beyond what we voluntarily provide
  • Enhanced warranty protections under state lemon laws or similar statutes
  • Punitive damages or attorney fee awards under state consumer statutes
  • Class action participation under any state's class action provisions

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Dream Team regarding the use of our services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

18. Risk Acknowledgment for Real Estate Business

Business Risk Warning: Real estate investing involves significant financial risk. You acknowledge that AI Dream Team is a software tool only and cannot guarantee business success, deal closure, or investment returns.

You specifically acknowledge and agree that:

  • Real estate markets are inherently volatile and unpredictable
  • AI agents cannot replace professional judgment and expertise
  • You are solely responsible for all investment decisions and outcomes
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You should consult with qualified professionals before making investment decisions
