Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The AI Dream Team Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring customers to our products and services.

By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn 20% recurring commission on all qualifying subscriptions purchased through their unique referral link.

Commissions are paid only on active, paying customers.

3. Commission Eligibility

You will receive commissions only when:

The referred customer signs up using your unique affiliate link

The customer successfully completes payment

The account remains active and in good standing

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (IMPORTANT)

If a referred customer cancels their subscription, your recurring commission will immediately stop.

If a customer requests a refund, any associated commission may be reversed.

No commissions are paid on canceled, refunded, or disputed transactions.

5. Payout Terms

Payouts are processed on a [weekly/monthly] basis

Affiliates must add a valid payment method inside their affiliate portal to receive payouts

A minimum payout threshold of [$139.40 amount] may apply

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

Misrepresent AI Dream Team products or services

Use spam, misleading ads, or false claims

Run ads using our brand name without permission

Engage in self-referrals or fraudulent activity

Violation of these terms may result in:

Immediate termination

Forfeiture of unpaid commissions

7. Affiliate Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

Approve or deny any affiliate application

Terminate accounts at any time for violations

Withhold commissions if fraud or abuse is suspected

8. Modifications

AI Dream Team may update these terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Indirect or incidental damages

Loss of income due to program changes or cancellations

By joining the affiliate program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
